These scrumptious Air Fryer Cajun Diced Potatoes are so easy and versatile! You can use them as a side dish for literally any meal. My favorite meal to make these with is bacon and eggs for breakfast.

Plus, potatoes are always super cheap, and popping them into the air fryer to cook couldn’t be more simple. Also, the air fryer makes them super crispy and delicious!

Are you gluten-free? No problem! We eat gluten-free in our house and these yummy potatoes contain no gluten ingredients.

Air Fryer Cajun Diced Potatoes

What you will need:

  • 6 White Potatoes
  • 1 TBS Cajun Seasoning
  • 1/2 Cup (1 stick) Melted Butter

How to make:

  1. Dice the 6 potatoes. The smaller you dice, the crispier the potatoes will be.
  2. Place the diced potatoes on an air fryer rack and coat in butter.
  3. Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning to your desired taste.
  4. Air fry for 15 minutes on 375.
  5. Take a spatula and flip the potatoes.
  6. Air fry for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Serve & enjoy!
